Absolutely. I was a little worried at first, but once we sat down with Kerry and he explained the process and gave us a tour of the facility, I became very comfortable with my decision to do this. I had a classic car for sale and I had never put anything in n auction before, but what a great experience it was! Kerry’s easygoing nature put me totally at ease. I would do this all again in a second!

Of course I would! the process was so enjoyable and professional I would recommend this to anyone that doesn’t want to go through the headaches of selling a vehicle themselves.

The things that struck me most were the cleanliness of the facility and how organized everything looks when you walk in. Everyone was very friendly…almost as friendly as Kerry, but not quite! He takes the cake!

I also like the fact that they have a guard on duty in a guard house after hours. It gives you that sense of security that nothing will happen to your vehicle while it on the grounds.

Yes. Good system of selling, namely by dealership auction and private auction. No pressure to sell at price bid if not acceptable.

Kerry Beaton attended to all the arrangements and came to our house several times. At the onset, he explained in detail ADESA’s process of selling vehicles. My brother and I found him to be a gentleman, polite, and extremely adept at communication. Furthermore, he always returned our calls and was prepared to answer all of our questions. It was a pleasure working with him.

Absolutely. It was an easy going experience. Kerry was perfectly clear about what was going to happen and when. There were no surprises. I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes.

Absolutely. Kerry was a true professional who took all the worry out of selling a car in this manner. I have already recommended ADESA to several of my friends.

The easy going nature of the sales professional (Kerry). He told me how ADESA operated, what the company’s core competencies were and the whole selling/auctioning process was explained to me upfront. Any questions I had were answered right at that time. Plus, I wanted to sell low and Kerry advised me to ask for more because I had nothing to lose. Because of this advice, I ended up getting $400.00 more for my car that I had hoped for, and a check was ready for me within 48 hours. No fuss no muss. Dropped it off and all my problems were over.

I would like to take an opportunity to express my thanks for your service over and beyond my expectations.

I was initially apprehensive about utilizing your auction service as I was not familiar with the process. Upon following up your notice on Kijiji I was not sure what to expect at our preliminary meeting.

I found your explanation of the process quite informative and simple to understand. I was particularly impressed and satisfied with your regular updates and guidance. I felt quite comfortable that I was always making the decisions and had the final say as to the direction we would take with regard to the sale of my property. What I also really like about your process is I was always considering offers (not always the best, but still action on sale). I was a little concerned about dealing with the dealers, not knowing what to expect. As it turned out it was good dealing through you to them as they truly understand the market. They know what is relevant or irrelevant to a purchase. I felt I always had the protection of the reserved bid with the option of considering any offer.

My final comment regarding the process is there were no hidden costs, no surprises. The agreement clearly explained the charges with the consignment fee being determined by the accepted bid. Everything was understood right up front.
